Chairman Blinebry called the
meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Minutes
for March 2, 2011 reviewed, motion to approve D. Rohr, second P. Pierce,
carried.
Discussed
ongoing issues: West
Carthage School,
Arterial District and Bed and Breakfast. Reviewed and discussed several of the
sessions held at the Local Government Conference on March 31st.
Motion
by J. Onyon, second by P. Pierce to close the meeting at 7:08 p.m., carried.
